I’m proud of myself! Tangkas has taught me many things on my fitness journey. As a petite girl who always get underestimated by people, CrossFit made me realized that size does not matter. It’s incredible to see the progress, not just physically but also in terms of mental strength and discipline. Back then, I cannot do weightlifting and gymnastic, now I’m thrilled to share that I can lifted more than my body weight and upgraded my gymnastic skills. As I continue to strive for my fitness goals with Tangkas, I’m inspired by the idea that our health is our greatest wealth. The support and motivation from this amazing Coaches and community have been invaluable. Under the coaches guidance, I’ve not only seen incredible physical transformations but have also developed a deeper understanding of the importance of mindset, consistency, and overall well-being. Tangkas personalized approach, tailored workouts, and continuous encouragement have made every session a step toward success.

A glimpse of my experience when I started participating in sports at the Tangkas training camp. Crossfit is a form of high intensity power fitness because it combines various kinds of gymnastics movements, weight lifting, rowing and also power lifting. After joining the agile training camp, I got several benefits that I felt: Increased physical strength, better stamina, burning calories and maintaining body weight, improving balance, agility and flexibility, as well as make changes to body shape and make muscle mass larger and strong.

It is truly a great place for training! it’s co convenience for me because i can do both muaythai and CrossFit at one place. They even have other classes too such as yoga, and strong nation. So it’s really a training camp for people in all level of fitness. Even children can train too! They have classes for children only. And the best thing i love here is that the coaches really care about our progression and the community is so great that we are constantly supporting each other to reach our fitness goals.

It’s not wrong for me to choose Tangkas as my favorite sports place, apart from the one stop sports center, there is a swimming pool, badminton, CrossFit camp, the place is also spacious, clean, all the facilities are good and complete, there is a cafe too, which makes me happy to join this Tangkas camp menu Crossfit is sadistic, but it makes me addicted, the more I get tortured, the more I come back, what do you think 🤭🤭🤭🤭 and what makes me even happier, all the coaches are friendly, all the members are kind, funny, so you have a healthy community while joining Tangkas camp, I hope you will be more successful Tangkas

“Consistency & Discipline is The Key.”
A lot of people questioning if not doubting me when I started to do CrossFit. Well, I don’t blame them at all. I have to admit at the beginning deep inside myself, I have doubts too on my body ability, agilty and if I have the perserverance to be in this sport.
Honestly, the CrossFit program was really something new to me. But hey, like the saying, you never know until you try it youself! And here I am after 18 months joining CrossFit at Tangkas CrossFit Training Camp, still loving it. Never in my life I get this toned and leaner body, with more muscles ratio than fats and most importantly healthier than my younger self! My level of endurance is also way better than last year.
I can say that being discipline and consistently showing up to class day to day have given me a progress that I can be proud of and confident to be able to do better with a lot of practices. Of course my body need to rest too to make sure that my muscles will not be burn because it is too tired and overuse.
With the right program made by the head coach, Alex who is supported by the team of professional coaches in class who continously teaching the right techniques & forms, motivating and supporting, I am still progressing towards the better version of myself everyday. I am doing this to respect and love my body. Never ever let anybody say to you that you can’t do it, believe in yourself and always give the best effort that you can, every time you show up in class.

“You don’t have to be extreme : just consistent.”
My goal is not to be better than anyone else, but to be better than I used to be. I may not be the strongest or the fittest girl, but I’m glad that I stay consistent. We don’t have to be extreme, just consistent. It’s not about perfect, it’s about effort. And when you bring that effort every single day, that’s where transformation happens. That’s how change occurs. And it’s such an amazing feeling to see your body changing, knowing all of your hard work is paying off. I will keep continue to learn, not only for reaching body goals, but to ensure my body will be fit and healthy for my future.

For me, practicing here in tangkastc provides a new and different experience compared to before. Here, I am starting to get to know, learn, and grow in crossfit, which is something new for me. The facilities provided here are also very adequate, and the trainers are of high quality, including the availability of a photographer service not only for documentation but also as a record of progress. Other members are also very friendly. Therefore, I feel that here we learn and grow, and respect each other.
